Jacqueline Jossa’s revenge beach vacay
While the Jac’s away, Dan won’t play
Revenge is a dish best served hot and sunny – preferably with cocktails on the side. Just ask Jacqueline Jossa. The actress may have forgiven husband Dan Osborne and moved back into the family home in May, following yet more reports that he’d been playing away – but last week, she proved once and for all that she could have just as much fun as he could after jetting off on an all-expenses-paid trip to Ibiza.
And even though Jacqueline was there for work purposes (for a photo shoot with fashion brand Inthestyle), she made it very clear she was also looking to play –especially since she was joined by notorious party girls and fellow brand ambassadors Charlotte Crosby and Billie Faiers.
According to our source, Jac was loving giving Dan a taste of his own medicine. “She absolutely loved her time away with her friends,” says an insider close to the 27 year old, who was staying with the rest of the Inthestyle team in a lavish mansion villa in Ibiza, complete with its own pool overlooking the ocean. “Dan was messaging her like crazy, he was obviously jealous that she was out there all glammed up, looking amazing and enjoying herself. She wanted to teach him a bit of a lesson – that doesn’t mean she was flirting with other guys, or anything like that, but she loved having a bit of a party and was getting loads of attention. She really needed this chance to let her hair down.”
It’s definitely a change of pace for the star, who – before she appeared on I’m A Celeb last year – was far more used to staying at home with her daughters, Ella, five, and Mia, two, while Dan, 28, hit the town and went on holiday without her. But her jungle win seems to have given Jacqueline a new lease of life, with her signing a six-figure deal with Inthestyle. The brand’s owner Adam Frisby is known for living the high life with his celebrity ambassadors, and now that Jacqueline’s part of the gang, she’s very much included in the festivities.
Last week, the group took a break from shooting campaign snaps to throw a boozy bash inside their massive pad, tucking into a lavish dinner before downing cocktails and dancing along to the live DJ set. The gang were also pictured partying at notorious celeb haunt O Beach. And thanks to Instagram, Dan knew just how much fun Jac was having without him.
The best bit? It wasn’t even as if husbands weren’t allowed, as Billie took her other half Greg Shepherd along for the ride. Well-played, Jac. We have a pretty good feeling Dan’s got the message. n
