She’s starting to think there is such a thing as too much Botox
She’s repeatedly hit the headlines for her everchanging face – with some fans calling her out for looking “plastic” and barely recognisable. And while Khloé Kardashian has remained outwardly defiant, sources say that, behind the scenes, it’s a different story. According to insiders, the 36 year old has started to worry that all those nips and tweaks have started to do more harm than good.
“She’s had way too much filler pumped into her cheeks over the years and it’s coming back to bite her big time,” says an insider close to the star, who recently sparked speculation that she’d taken the Botox too far during a family trip to Turks and Caicos. “This is a very sensitive topic for Khloé – everyone knows she’s always been paranoid about her looks compared to her sisters.
But the fillers are becoming more and more obvious, and it’s pretty hard for her to deny it at this point – especially because her cheeks are starting to look puffy and swollen. She’s trying to wean herself off the injections slowly, but the trouble is, she’s hooked.”
Last week, fans commented that she looked “plastic” and “pillow-faced” in a snap she posted of herself and daughter True, two. Khloé then posted another photo alongside the caption, “Literally I can’t find ONE f**k to give!” But while the star insists she doesn’t care, our insider says she’s more sensitive than we think. And the more insecure she feels, the more treatments she gets. “She’s stuck in a rut,” we’re told. “It’s a routine she’s followed for years and can’t seem to break.” n
