Tsexy summer. “Kate and Rio have both been working hard in the gym and want to look their best,” says an insider close to the couple, who launched their Youtube channel Ferdinand Fitness last year. “Kate especially wants to feel sexy after having Cree. She’s been quite honest about wanting her pre-baby body back and she really wants to feel good in a bikini again.”
Earlier this year, Kate opened up about the insecurities she’s faced since giving birth, saying that – while she wasn’t “beating [myself] up about it” or putting pressure on herself – she didn’t feel comfortable with her post-pregnancy body. She added, “I miss feeling fit and strong.” She’s since been posting BTS videos from her and Rio’s home gym and, according to our source, they’re both feeling, ahem, pumped for when travel restrictions are lifted.
“They can’t wait to get away,” we’re told. “They love having a big family [Kate is stepmum to Rio’s three kids, Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12 and ten-yearold Tia], but they’re also hoping for a little escape with just the two of them.” n
