He’s gone from loved-up to embarrassed
Rumours are flying that formerly redhot couple Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet are over – and heat has been told that, while the romance is still hanging by a thread, the Wonka actor is distancing himself from his girlfriend of a year. And the reason? Basically Timothée’s got the ick – with pals claiming he’s been put off by the youngest Kar-jenner’s infatuation with having cosmetic work done.
Our insider says, “Tim’s not blind. He knew going into this that Kylie had some work done, but he just didn’t realise how much, or that it was an ongoing thing. Also, the amount of stuff that gets written about it has become embarrassing for him. He can hardly go a day without reading another headline about her surgery. It’s so cringey. He’s been busy with work, so he’s had a good excuse not to see her so much. But a lot of people in his circle are telling him that he’d be smart to end the relationship, and it seems like he’s leaning in that direction.”

Lip Kit that same year – denied having lip fillers, before coming clean two years later. Last year, she revealed she had a boob job at 19, and she’s also rumoured to have had lipo, a bum lift and more work done to her face.
“Timothée doesn’t deny that Kylie’s very sexy and he still thinks she’s hot, he’s just turned off by her need to mess with her appearance,” we’re told. “She heavily plays down having had anything done, but everyone can tell when she’s had more filler or another round of Botox, and it seems like it’s every other week.”
The source continues, “He’s tried to convince her she doesn’t need any of this stuff – but it’s impossible if she won’t admit she’s even had it. And it’s not like she’s going to change who she is. This sort of thing is normal in her world and for her family. But, for Timothée, it’s the total opposite. People he’s close to look down on cosmetic surgery, and they give him a hard time about
being with someone who’s basically the poster child for it.”
Despite several Pda-heavy appearances since they began dating a year ago, Timothée, 28, and Kylie – who is mum to daughter Stormi, six, and son Aire, two, with rapper
Travis Scott – haven’t been seen together since early January. The split rumours only intensified after Kylie, 26, posted a Tiktok video about her daily routine, with fans suggesting the footage was to “soft launch” her life as a busy single mum who’s thriving all on her own,
Our source says, “The official line from both of them is that they’re still together and just taking a bit more space, but everyone in Timothée’s circle is convinced it won’t last much longer.” ■
