It turns out that Anne-marie is a phenomenal secret keeper. Not only did she apparently tie the knot with boyfriend Slowthai two years ago, but last week it was revealed that the singer has also welcomed her first child without anyone knowing.
After Anne-marie, 32, and the 29-yearold rapper were spotted pushing a pram last week, a source confirmed, “Anne-marie and Slowthai have had a baby daughter they’ve named Seven. It is Anne-marie’s lucky number and she even has 0707 tattooed on her because she sees them as her angel numbers. [Seven] was born last month and both of them are absolutely delighted. Anne-marie has always wanted to be a mum, so this is an amazing time for her.”
Anne-marie’s exciting news comes just one week after an insider said, “She had an eight-week break from her tour and they went to Las Vegas and got married.” There had been speculation for a while that the 2002 hitmaker had got married after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring. milestones have been overshadowed by the fact that Slowthai – real name Tyron Kaymone Frampton – is currently on conditional bail, awaiting trial for two counts of rape, which allegedly took place in September 2021, following a gig.
The rapper – who is already dad to son Rain with his former fiancée, Russian singer Katya Kischuk – pleaded not guilty to both counts, before saying on Instagram last May, “I am innocent and I am confident my name will be cleared. Until then, I will apply my energy to ensure this is concluded swiftly and justly.” ■
