Where you can watch Euro 2016
WITH the European Championships now underway, here are some of the places for you to anticipate, celebrate and, ultimately, commiserate England’s French adventure.
Pubs and bars across Hinckley and the surrounding area have installed a range of projections, large TVs and have drink offers to help you enjoy the competition.
Hinckley Knight Hinckley Knight is revamping its sports bar with new bigger and better TVs. They have got a 65ins television, a 4k projector screen and surround sound. If you sign up for a season ticket card, you get 10% off drinks one hour before, during and after the live games.
The New Lord Nelson The New Lord Nelson in Earl Shilton will be showing every game of the championships, with three big TVs and a large projector screen.
The Hansom Cab, Burbage
They will be showing all matches in their sports bar on a 100inch screen, with additional screens around the bar. Matches are also available in TV booths, so you never have to miss a kick while enjoying your meal.
The Hinckley
The Gas Works has multiple television places around the bar, as well as a big screen for your viewing pleasure. Food will be served throughout the day, and if you reserve a table for before 6.30pm, you could win a free meal.
Known for their daunting food challenges, they have introduced a super hot 12-wing challenge, where the person who eats it in the fastest time wins a £100 bar tab for the final
The Red Lion, Bur- Gas Works, bage
The Red Lion will be showing all the England games, with free nibbles at every game and free chip cobs at every England match. The pub is closing on Sunday June 19, but a pop up pub is being opened throughout the refit in their marquee and function room which has ample space for supporters.
The Anchor Inn and The Sycamores Inn
Both pubs will be showing every match of the championship live with large multi-screen televisions.
The Union Inn Will be showing all matches of Euro 2016 of multiple televisions throughout the bar area.
