New Market Bosworth outlet for independent agents
INDEPENDENT and familyowned Alexanders estate agent has continued its expansion with the opening of a third branch at Market Bosworth.
The ultra-modern office has undergone complete refurbishment and is in the Main Street, just off from the Market Place, in the centre of the historic town.
Specialising in residential sales, land and development, along with new home sales, this office will complement their existing Loughborough branch, strengthening the Alexanders network across Leicestershire.
Alexanders recently celebrated the opening with an evening launch at the branch for existing clients and vendors.
They are also offering an introductory, negotiated fee to new sellers.
John Alexander, chairman at Alexanders, has practiced in the property industry for more than 40 years.
He said: “We are all very excited to be opening a third office in Market Bosworth, our property listings in this area have increased substantially within the last six months and a base here will help to strengthen our coverage locally.”
