Auctioneers Loveitts are looking for lots and lots of lots

-

LOVEITTS Auctions continued their successful track record at their September auction, and are now looking for more lots with a CV postcode such as the Market Bosworth and Twycross areas.

The room was full to bursting as always, with a couple of lots hitting more than double the guide price.

Prospective bidders included local buyers and others from outside the Coventry area, all looking for their perfect purchase.

There was a great deal of interest for the last lot, the Former URC Church in Stoke, Coventry, with a guide price of £170,000 to £190,000.

A great deal of interest had been shown by local religious groups hoping to secure new premises, and the bidding started quickly and strongly.

The final price achieved under the hammer was a fantastic £465,000, and with the seller in the room, they were delighted with the result.

Sally Smith, auction manager, made her debut appearance on the rostrum and successfully sold the lots she offered.

Loveitts director Peter Rosier said: “We are delighted that Sally has taken to the rostrum, she is a natural. We are looking forward to her selling more and more lots at future auctions.”

Loveitts are now focusing their thoughts to the November auction, and are looking for lots within the CV postcode, from residential properties to commercial investments, parcels of land and commercial units.
