Invite to explore new houses
HOMEBUYERS in Leicestershire are invited to have a sneak peek of a new development in Burbage.
The Spinney is located in a woodland spot off Welbeck Avenue, surrounded by farmland, trees and winding pathways.
Customers who are interested in the David Wilson Homes estate can register online before Thursday (January 19) and they will be invited for an exclusive first look around a new five-bedroom Moorecroft show home.
The Spinney offers a variety of properties from two, three, four and five bedrooms in a “high demand” location.
The prices released so far for the four and five bedroom homes range from £339,995 to £529,995.

The development was given outline planning permission on appeal in November 2014 after being turned down by Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council.
Meetings between locals and representatives of David Wilson Homes have taken place and the developer has acted on concerns, including stopping contractors turning up before 8am, in breach of planning consent conditions.
As part of a 106 agreement the Leicestershire based firm is also putting £750,000 into community assets, with £334,000 to primary schooling, £97,170 to Burbage Surgery, £40,000 to support policing and £2,000 to local libraries. Other money is going to a children’s play area and public transport improvements.
