Bold statement is unsupported

SHYFOX! IN his letter 15/03/17 on the subject of parking meters etc, Cllr Mike Hall rather misses the point of mine previously. Whatever words she used the clear inference from Rosemary Wright was that they will not appear in Hinckley under the jurisdiction of LCC – a bold statement and completely unsupported. If even the leader of HBBC cannot guarantee they will not be introduced how can a would-be councillor? My point was about political honesty first and foremost.
