Questionnaire on village’s future plans
VOLUNTEERS spearheading a neighbourhood plan for Stoke Golding are urging people to take part in the next round of consultation.
Questionnaires are being distributed to households in the village asking for views on where future development should best take place.
The answers will help inform the neighbourhood plan and ensure the community has more of an influence in new growth such as housing, retail or employment sites.
While the document, along with a young person’ questionnaire, will be dropping on mats, volunteers are hoping most people will fill it out online.
Jim Hope, from the Stoke Golding Neighbourhood Plan Advisory Committee, said: “We would be grateful if people could complete the online questionnaire using the online facility if possible.
“This will reduce the amount of work required by our volunteers for data entry.”
He added people willing to help with compiling the resulting information were still required as the data entry would be an ongoing process.
Paper questionnaires which will be handed in to the post office on Church Walk will be collected regularly,
Volunteers are also being sought to help with analysis from the online questionnaire.
