Rental market stays strong says agent

THE rental market continues to grow and shows no signs of slowing down, according to local lettings agency Connells in Hinckley.

As part of its national network of branches, Connells is seeing six tenants chase every rental property on the market across the UK and helped 24 per cent more tenants move last year.

The agent is urging landlords to take advantage of current high demand and asking prospective tenants to get in touch to secure the best properties on the market to let.

“The current climate in the residential sales market means that many more people are either having or choosing to rent,” says Lettings Manager, Tracey Pallett, at Connells in Hinckley.
