Five weeks left to enter awards

THERE are five weeks left for people to get their nomination­s in for the 15th annual ProCon Leicesters­hire property and constructi­on awards.

This year’s awards are bigger than ever, with two new categories – Innovation of the Year and best Architectu­ral Image award.

The other categories are best small and large residentia­l and non-residentia­l schemes, best regenerati­on project and best sustainabl­e developmen­t.

It is free to enter or nominate a project for a category, and nomination­s must be in by Wednesday, July 5.

Details of categories and how to enter or nominate can be found on the ProCon website.

Four corporate sponsors are backing the awards – Salus Approved Inspectors, Spearing Waite, Unique Window Systems and Westleigh.

Sunil Patel is joint man- aging director at commercial and trade double glazing maker Unique Window Systems, in Parker Drive, Leicester.

He said: “The ProCon Awards are a brilliant opportunit­y to showcase the very best Leicesters­hire has to offer and the vast amount of talent in the industry.
