A town flat sold for just £57,000
THE most expensive home sold in May cost £37m, but in other areas you could pick up a house for a bargain £10,250, but what were the most and least expensive homes sold in Hinckley in May?
According to the Land Registry,
Hinckley’s most expensive
sales in May 38 Main Road, Twycross, Atherstone, Hinckley and Bosworth, Leicestershire, CV9 3PL, which is a detached house, sold for £499,950 on May 5;
17 Herald Way, Burbage, Hinckley, Hinckley and Bosworth, Leicestershire, LE10 2NX, which is a detached house, sold for £445,000 on May 19;
36 Jubilee Way, Burbage, Hinckley, Hinckley and Bosworth, Leicestershire, LE10 2HS, which is a detached house, sold for £380,000 on May 12;
Hillsdon, Bosworth Road, Carlton, Nuneaton, Hinckley and Bosworth, Leicestershire, CV13 0BX, which is a detached house, sold for £372,500 on May 12;
159 Sketchley Road, Burbage, Hinckley, Hinckley and Bosworth, Leicestershire, LE10 2DY, which is a detached house, sold for £327,500 on May 10;

In Hinckley the cheapest property bought was in Derby Road and it cost just £57,000.
