Estate agents open new branch in town

A NATIONWIDE sales and lettings agency opened its latest branch in Hinckley last week.

Concentric, based on Hill Street, was officially opened by the Mayor of Hinckley and Bosworth, Councillor Ozzy O’Shea, and Mayoress Jenny O’Shea.

Cutting the ribbon at the new branch, the Mayor welcomed the investment in the area, along with the jobs that have been created.

The Hinckley branch provides the region access to a wide range of property services, from residentia­l lettings to full property management, estate agency for sales, property acquisitio­n, refurbishm­ent and company lets.

There are eight other branches across the country, centrally managing properties nationwide by local lettings agents.
