Quiz hospital chiefs at meeting

INFORMATION on hospital services, including home births, and demonstrations of CPR will be among health information on offer at Leicester’s Hospitals annual public meeting and health fair next Wednesday September 20.

To be held in the Peepul Centre on Belgrave Road in the city, a health and information fair will run from 2pm to 4pm with more than 40 stands plus information on jobs and careers on offer within the NHS trust.

Refreshments will be available before a formal meeting begins at 4.30pm during which the trust board will review the past year and consider future developments and challenges.

Members of the public will have the opportunity to put questions to chief executive John Adler and chairman Karamjit Singh.

There is no need to book and free parking will be available, at the venue and along Belgrave Road.
