Lawyers shortlisted for top industry prize

A HINCKLEY solicitors’ has been recognised for its outstanding customer service by the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

Thomas Flavell & Sons has been shortlisted for a prestige award in the ESTAS Group Conveyancer Awards.

The awards highlight good customer service during home moves, with the results based purely on customer feedback.

The winners will be announced at a special ceremony in the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair, London, on Friday October 20.

The ceremony will be presented by TV property expert and ESTAS brand ambassador Phil Spencer.

Spencer, who has hosted the ESTAS since they were created back in 2003, said: “We live in a world where customer reviews are becoming increasingly important in the consumer decisionmaking process, so the ESTAS provides a kite mark for excellent service for any property professional involved in the housemoving process.

“Any firm that enters has already sent a clear message that they are passionate about cus- tomer service so to make it on to the shortlist is a huge achievement in itself.”
