ONLINE retail giant Amazon has revealed their top ten toys for Christmas as parents across the country begin franticall­y looking for the perfect gifts their little ones have added to their wish lists to Santa.

This year’s list features a mix of tech toys like the Anki Cozmo robot that has its own unique personalit­y, and more traditiona­l board games like the updated version of the hit Pie Face game from a few years ago.

There’s also favourites from popular brands like LEGO and Paw Patrol that make the final list too.

Sriram Parthasara­thy, Toys & Games Manager at Amazon.co.uk said of the list: “Unwrapping toys on Christmas morning is one of the lasting memories of the festive season for every generation,”

He added: “Some well-organised families are already planning what’s going to be under the tree this 25 December.

“Traditiona­l and technologi­cal presents feature on this year’s wish list, combining coding, creativity and getting together as a family.”

Here’s the top ten list of what you might see in your children’s letters to Santa this year:

Pie Face Sky High Game: £29.99 The updated version of the Pie Face game now allows players to test their strength as they try to give their opponent a face full of whipped cream - towering over three feet tall.

Little Tikes Princess Cozy Chariot: £81 (RRP £109.99) Let your little one pretend they are like a real-life royal their very own chariot.

And the pink saddle, bridle and reins are removable too, for when they only want to play with the horse.

Mattel Bloxels Game: £39 (RRP £43.99) Kids can create and animate play spaces, characters and objects with Bloxels, helping them become the artist, game designer, storytelle­r, programmer, publisher and player in their very own virtual reality.

Paw Patrol “Sea Patroller” Playset: £59.99 (RRP £69.99) Equipped with a boat load of features including lights, sounds, a working crane, a life-saver launcher, storage and an exclusive Ryder and baby octopus – your children will be occupied for hours.

Melissa & Doug Chef’s Kitchen Playset: £149.99 Think your child is a Masterchef in the making? Let them cook up a storm in this ultra-modern play kitchen, which features a the real ice maker.
