EU suffering shortfall of democracy

-

THE European Court of Human Rights, has recently instructed the British Government to give residence to an illegal Algerian migrant, because he is in a relationship with a Spanish woman, who is living here on a Spanish passport ?

This is bonkers and clear evidence why we need to get rid of its control over us.

So; we all have rights; except those who voted for Brexit.

By what right does Nick Clegg and Ken Clarke MP have to go to Brussels, and have discussions with the EU to try to stop Brexit?

By what right, and under what protocol does the EU have to hold parallel discussions on Brexit with the Labour Party ?

The Treaty of Rome is quite clear that freedom of movement for migrants’ is restricted to those who have a job to go to!

It is the European Commission, as instructed by Angela Merkel, who are insisting on free movement with no legal framework for justification.

Article 50 is quite clear that a “Brexit Bill”, or any other matter, is not a pre-requisite to negotiations on trade, or the future arrangements!

The legal position is clear, we have no obligation to pay the EU a cent.

It is France and Germany who are demanding payment as it will be up to them to make up the shortfall in payment when we leave, and they feel that it will hurt their economies, if they have to pay, but it is their project, and what about our economy, and our rights?

Instead of reducing expenditure, after we leave, they are expanding it; why should we pay for that?

Donald Tusk is President of the Council of Europe, and is Polish, but Poland did not want his contract renewed, and he is rejected in Poland.

The Germans wanted him, so his contract was renewed. Is this democracy, and what of the rights of the Polish people ?

Labour’s battle flag (with Europe) is a white cross on a white back ground supported by a blank cheque.

The Lib-Dems would have us back in Europe and signed up to the Euro, but the real question is what did John Major and Tony Blair think they were doing signing us up to this maelstrom of political shenanigans, and by what right did they do it knowing the British people would oppose it ?
