Software firm expands thanks to acquisition

-

A SOFTWARE company has become one of the largest providers of enterprise resource planning system (ERP) NetSuite in the UK, with a team of 25 people thanks to a new acquisition.

BrightBridge Solutions, based just outside Sharnford, has announced that it has acquired Clear ERP Limited, a similar NetSuite ERP solutions provider, in Reigate Surrey.

The acquisition has seen BrightBridge Solutions gain over 20 new NetSuite customers with potential to grow its customer base further, improving its geographical coverage with the Clear ERP office in Reigate. BrightBridge Solutions is looking forward to working with the Clear ERP team and welcoming Managing Director Julian Griffiths, who has been appointed to BrightBridge’s board of directors.

BrightBridge Solutions, which is on target to achieve an annual turnover of £2.5m by the end of the financial year, works with small to medium sized organisations across the UK, pro- viding implementation and support services for cloud based ERP business software NetSuite and other business systems.

NetSuite enables customers to avoid high IT costs and the ongoing maintenance associated with on-premise software, by providing accounting, order processing, inventory control, manufacturing and e commerce solutions in one fully integrated system.

Gary Springall, Managing Director of BrightBridge Solutions, commented: “We are delighted to welcome the team at Clear ERP, their customers and partners to the BrightBridge family. At BrightBridge our customers are at the heart of everything we do and the more expertise and resources we can offer them, the better.”

He added: “We are very excited about working with Julian and his team, bringing new and complimentary skills to the organisation which will add even more breadth and depth to our sales, delivery and support capability.”
