Positive feedback as one-stop shop opens in Crescent
A HINCKLEY-based lettings agency has opened a new ‘one-stopshop’ to great success at The Crescent.
Belvoir, who are known as ‘the lettings specialists’, opened their new flagship office at the Hinckley shopping and leisure complex earlier this month.
The Belvoir team joined forces with the Mortgage Advice Bureau, previously based on Castle Street, to open up the new hub. TV’s Paul Shamplina, star of the Nightmare Tenant Slum Landlord programme, cut the ribbon on the new office.
Under the new service, customers will be offered support in lettings, sales and in finding a mort- gage. There will also be a maintenance department, makeovers of properties and property maintenance plans.
Clayton Foston, director at Belvoir, said: “We’ve had massive feedback, all positive. Everybody comments on how spectacular the office looks.
“One of the main reasons for coming to the Crescent is to gain footfall. We have booked several appointments already from passers-by.
“Our shop window is also proving to be a magnet with people looking at our properties for sale / to let and booking viewings.
“All in all it has been a tremendous success.”
