Deadpan questions for Deadpool actors
MOVIE actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob Delaney had some tough questions to answer at the hands of two interviewers from Hinckley.
The Hollywood stars appear in new action comedy Deadpool 2 and were quizzed by seven-yearold identical twin brothers Cole and Corey Hebden.
Reynolds was lost for words when Cole, dressed in Deadpool’s bright red outfit, asked him why the twin brothers’ mum and dad wouldn’t let them watch the R-rated film.
He had more to say when Corey asked for tips on how to be “mouthy” without actually swearing, advising them: “You can get kind of creative with it.
“You can say, you muffin-smuggling dragon fart.”
Delaney chipped in to say that his go-to expletive when he stubs his toe is “Finnigan’s biscuits”, which “really gets out all the anger and hate”.
The cheeky chappies queried Reynolds about when Deadpool would be in action alongside X-men hero Wolverine.
He said: “We’re all wondering that.
“Hugh Jackman has said he’s no longer going to play the role of Wolverine, but we’ll see what happens if there’s a contracting economy soon.”
Asked what the best thing is about being a movie star, Delaney said it was having a Ceasar salad for breakfast, something you don’t get to do outside of Hollywood.
Another topic on the menu was Reynolds’ gin company and his post-drinks antics.
The Canadian actor also had an impromptu staring contest with Cole.
The interview at Claridge’s Hotel in London was the latest edition of Little Lads, a series of interviews with Cole and Corey talking to film stars for entertainment news group LADbible.
Previous victims of the boys’ cheeky questions include Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg, Gerard Butler and the cast of Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, who they spoke to on the red carpet at the London premiere.
