Hospital stay was good experience

HAVING recently returned home from my stay in Glenfield Hospital (wards 19 and 33) I wish to say how kind everyone was.

They treated me with great respect throughout my stay and particularly during the procedure to fit a stent into an artery near my heart.

An amazing experience. Many thanks to everyone.

There were only two downsides, one being the difficulty my visitors had in finding a parking space, the other my four-hour wait for medication in the discharge lounge.

Otherwise, the hospital was brilliant. Graham Webb
