Business coach hoping to make an impact
A BUSINESS coach is looking to help ventures in Hinckley after being granted senior partner status.
Ed Cooper was licensed by ActionCOACH to build a firm of employee coaches that will have a wider impact in the area, after he has worked for the past few months as a growth specialist here.
He will use the knowledge and tools he has gained from his own time in business to help others.
The entrepreneur said: “I’ve been able to build a successful business which has already had a fantastic result on the quality of my personal life.
“I’m in such a privileged position to pass on my knowledge to other business owners to help them achieve their goals.”
Mr Cooper launched his ActionCOACH business in November 2018, allowing him the freedom to walk his two young children to school every day.
He said: “I’ve worked in the corporate rat race for years as a performance coach and development specialist but was missing out on time with my family.
“I decided to take matters into my own hands and become my own boss.
“I chose to start an ActionCOACH business coaching franchise, tapping in to their proven strategies that have helped thousands of business owners around the world.
“It turned my life around and now I want to be able to support others in doing that too.
“I’m constantly seeing business owners stressed or not achieving their goals and my team can make a difference, helping to take them from good to great.”
