THE festival that allows you to travel back in time will ascend onto Cattows Farm this Summer.

Back to the 80s and 90s is a celebration spanning two decades of music.

See your favourite pop groups, boybands, DJs and artists from the time when white jeans and big shoulders were considered the norm and oversized jewellery was a necessity.

Three days of nostalgic music will be performed by the Vengaboys, B*Witched, East 17 and Heather Small amongst many other favourites.

While S Club Party (formally known as S Club 7) will ensure that you ‘Don’t Stop Movin’ to their former chart toppers, Tony Hadley will take the spotlight on the main stage.

DJ Sammy will keep the crowds alive alongside the likes of General Levy, Craig Lee, Pat Sharp and Gio.

The festival will take place on Cattows Farm, giving fans the opportunity to stay the weekend in luxury glamping tents ensuring that you do not miss a beat.

Three days of dancing and singing would not be complete without refuelling stations, back bigger than ever will be a variety of food vendors to suit all dietary needs.

Guests are also able to take full advantage of the outdoors and cook up a storm in the camping area with coal and disposable bbq’s permitted and alcohol can be taken into the site - though restrictions do apply.

This year’s festival offers a variety of ticket options from day tickets to standard camping and hen and stag party packages - future brides and grooms go free when a party package is booked for eight guests.

With prices starting from £79.99 you could forget about the wedding stress and bop along to nostalgic songs from the two decades.

A VIP ticket is also available to purchase which will give festival goers access to a raised platform for ultimate viewing, a private bar, luxury seating, VIP toilets and even a free lanyard. VIP tickets start from £169.99. If you are still not sold on the idea of camping, day tickets can be purchased from £39.99 for adults, giving you five hours access to the event field from 6pm till 11pm.

The festival will take place from Friday August 30 to Sunday September 1.

Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased through the website at http://www.back2festivals.co.uk/.
