Dominita crowned first female champ after beating Judge
WRESTLING in Hinckley hosted their Biggest Show of the Year at Hastings High School which featured a main event between female superstar and challenger Dominita against current reigning and defending, two-time champion The Judge.
This match was the main event of the evening and was a Falls Count Anywhere stipulation meaning that pinfalls and submission victories could be performed anywhere in the venue.
This also meant that neither contender could be disqualified during the match and all weapons would be legal throughout the contest.
During the 25-minute war the tho wrestlers used staple guns, metal bins, kendo sticks, steel chairs, lego and other various items around ringside to attempt at knocking out the other until Dominita threw the Judge from top rope through a table which was centre ring, allowing her to pick up the winning pinfall and become the first ever woman to win the Warwickshire and Leicestershire championship.
Dominita celebrated amongst the fans in attendance after the event and had photos taken with fans and to display her new championship belt.
In the build-up to this event Dominita won the Christmas Rumble match by throwing the Judge over the top rope to the outside and became the number one contender for the championship.
In February she faced the Judge in signed action but due the The Judge holding her outside the ring both wrestlers were counted out and the match was declared a no contest by head referee Ste Walker.
After the match the Judge tried to attack Dominita however he managed to turn this around on the Judge and make her challenge for a rematch.
Dominita is Warwickshire and Leicestershire’s first ever female championship holder and in so has made history by defeating the Judge.
Along side her match were other contests between fan favourites Steve Valentino, Mia Cortez, Ashely Dunn, Tyler Owens and Luke Basham who all appeared on this huge event.
