THE OWNERS Séverine Martin lives here with her husband, Olivier, who is the CEO of a print company, their daughter, Lou (13), two Labradors and, during the weekend, their eldest son, Antoine, who is a student in Bordeaux.

THE PROPERTY This French art deco villa was built by architect Louis Gaume in the 1930s. It is located in Pyla-sur- Mer, about 70km from Bordeaux. On the ground !oor there’s an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, Antoine’s bedroom and bathroom. Above is the master bedroom, ensuite, a "tness room, shower room and Lou’s bedroom.
