Eco-conscious credentials
I was so pleased to read the supplement in the April 2020 issue: the Guide to Eco-conscious
Decorating. For years I have been checking ingredients in paint. The question is though, why are manufacturers still allowed to produce the products that are clearly bad for the planet? Isn’t it about time that there was more regulation and more prevention of manufacture in the "rst place? If they’re advertised, and have cut prices, aren’t the public going to buy them anyway? If they weren’t available, the planet (and we) would be be!er o#, and sooner. I am having some decorating in my $at done soon and have been collecting colour cards from companies mentioned in the supplement and will be buying from them, for sure. I’ve been a subscriber to H&A for a long time now and swap the magazines regularly with a friend. I look forward to receiving it every month. Thanks for all the work you do in producing it.
