Fresh outlook

A surprising collaboration has come about between Wedgwood, 01782 204141, wedgwood.co.uk, and Laura Cavendish, Countess of Burlington. In 1778 Josiah Wedgwood presented the Cavendish family with a set of Devonshire flower pots. Reimagining the design with an updated twist, Lady Laura Burlington has created the Burlington pot (above), available in Wedgwood’s iconic Blue/white and Black/white colourways. Each design is marked with its size for a utilitarian touch. Prices start at £55 for a 4in pot.
