The show’s top scorer, Nathalie, 19, is from Swe­den and one of a suc­ces­sion of over­seas rid­ers who have joined the Olden­craig staff to train with Vicki Thomp­son Winfield. Echo is a Zjengis Khan x Jazz eight-year-old owned by Penny Brin­ley.

Nathalie said: “He’s not too hot, but has lots of en­ergy — I would say per­fect. We did our best test so far. Vicki has a good sys­tem, so my rid­ing has im­proved a lot since I ar­rived six months ago.”

Joanna Hen­brey moved her Blue Hors Zack x Ro­manov five-year-old SJL Zan­dor up to ele­men­tary, win­ning the sil­ver sec­tions on 67.59% and 68.93%.

Jo said: “Zan­dor gave me prob­a­bly one of the eas­i­est rides I’ve had. I’ve just hacked him through the sea­son and he’s gone into ev­ery arena and fo­cused on his job.”
