What’s the concept behind the So Simple range?

We know that space is often at a premium, and that people can feel overwhelmed when choosing a new sofa, so we took small-space living and ‘sofa overwhelm’ and created the So Simple range to answer these two key challenges.

Tell us about how it works…

First, you choose your shape from our edited collection, then the size you want, and finally, the fabric. And that’s it! Your sofa will then be handmade to order and delivered within four to six weeks.

How did you pare down the choices?

We wanted a limited range that would suit a variety of tastes, so took inspiration from classic shapes but also tapped into current trends. We chose velvet, linen-look, wool-look and leather-look fabrics in a mix of neutrals, bolder and trend colours, including the Dulux Colour of the Year 2020, Tranquil Dawn.

Who is the range aimed at?

Anyone wanting to purchase an on-trend, high-quality sofa at an affordable price. It’s great for first-time buyers or renters who are working with a smaller space or a budget.

Do you have a favourite piece?

I love mixing old and new, so really like the Tom sofa. Its sleek shape and clean lines keep it contemporary, but there are nods to mid-century modern in the details. The two-seater looks fantastic in the Simply Leather Look fabric, and much more expensive than its £529 price tag!
