Our Sunday morning service was a Messy/All Age Worship led by Rev Jo Brown. Our theme was God’s Love and Protection and we discussed Moses’ early days as the baby in the basket, hidden in the bulrushes. We had the story on screen and sang among others ‘My God is so great’ and ‘Moses, I know you’re the man’ which tells of God’s plan for Moses. During activity time we decorated Moses in gingerbread, hand painted a frieze of bulrushes, baby in basket with Miriam, Mother and Princess, made bracelets and Egyptian tiaras. We all then contributed to the prayers of intercession.
