The politicians don’t care about ordinary people

-

“Musicals have never been the number one thing of Hollywood. As well as some musicals have done, they’re not huge by Hollywood standards. La La Land I think is a big change. It woke Hollywood up to the musical again” IF you go out and ask our plentiful ageing population what times were like before the NHS came into being, you will then get a true picture of what a magnificent, world-beating service this is.

Why haven’t other countries like America adopted our system? Because they put profit before the good health of their people – that is why we have to fight to keep our NHS.

The politicians who rule us have plenty of money and can afford private healthcare. They don’t know how ordinary people live and they are too selfish and self-absorbed to care.

We need to fight to save our local hospital services in Kirklees – both Pinderfields and Calderdale are not big enough to take care of the whole population of Kirklees.

It has recently been stated that north Kirklees has the highest rate of infant mortality in the county so what do the Mid Yorkshire health trust do? They move all consultant-led and high-risk maternity to Pinderfields and leave Dewsbury with a six-bed unit for supposedly straightforward births – whatever one of those is classed to be – and we have Jeremy Hunt blaming local CCGs for changes that this Tory government is forcing through.

Why all the uproar over Donald Trump? The American people voted him into office and then he set about doing what he said he would do in his campaign trail. While his ideas may be morally wrong for various reasons, it is refreshing to see a politician in power actually do what they said they would do during the campaign to get into office.

In this country politicians tell so many lies to get into office you can’t trust any of them.
