Comic capers with the Methodist Wives’ group pantomime

Three performances of Red Riding Hood were presented by Skelmanthorpe Methodist Wives’ Group at the Methodist Church.
Highlights of the pantomime, written by G Stead and produced by Neil Keer, included the village shop cart selling fresh and roasted chickens and the ‘The Circus is coming to town’ scene, which included great costumes and circus props causing lots of laughter from the audience at the antics of the cast.
