ONE of the walls in our living room is half stud wall and half brick. The stud wall section separates the living room and the kitchen.

The other half is an external wall. Where the two halves meet there is a crack, and filling it won’t stop it reappearing. What do I do? BECAUSE the Tarmac is new it will be jet black. It will lighten in a few months and you won’t notice the droppings so much.

But the best way to clean Tarmac is the good old-fashioned way with a brush and hot water. I AM thinking of using plastic wall-tiling sheets around my bath. Are they any good and if so how do you stick them to the walls?
