As operations and clients services director at Fantastic Media, Sally Willis has more than 10 years’ experience working in the marketing industry. Having succeeded at several boutique agencies in Yorkshire, Sally finally landed at Fantastic Media in 2013. She joined as account manager and quickly progressed to a senior position. Sally’s skills transfer across a number of platforms including digital marketing, social media, communicat­ion, strategy, PR and management, which wholeheart­edly complement­s Fantastic Media’s integrated offering. Transparen­cy and open, consistent communicat­ion can solve any problem. Mutual and respectful relationsh­ips are the yardstick of any successful business. Common sense, class, respect and manners “maketh the man” (and woman). Definitely up. It’s all about projecting the right image. I may be mistaken, but I think the TV show Suits was based on my dress sense. Had to change the gender of the main characters obviously, not to make it too obvious. that put faith in me to strive forward and progress, to be nominated by my team and by Andrew Hobson and then to go and win made all that hard work worthwhile. I could not have been prouder (tissue please). The diversity of expertise our team has. Even though we are an integrated agency, we are great at everything we offer and take a resultsdri­ven, joined up approach to everything we do. Mornings. I’m usually the first in the office at 7-7.30 as I just love the quiet time to clear the decks before my work colleagues get in and before our clients wake up. I’m an avid walker and I keep fit by going to the gym and trampolini­ng. I also have a superb group of friends and I see my family as much as possible. When I can, I head to Oakwell to see my beloved Barnsley FC continue to defy the odds.
