Luxury office space with gym and creche
A PROPERTY maintenance company has announced a restructure and succession plans to take it through an ambitious growth strategy over the next five years.
Nationwide Property Environmental (NPE), based at Dalton, has set out targets to more than double its turnover year-onyear to £5m by 2022.
Damian Mallinson, who became managing director and majority shareholder in June, 2015, said: “Since taking ownership of the business, I have reviewed its structure and service proposition and made a number of changes which I believe makes NPE Maintenance a much more competitive and value-added business.
“One such change has been the appointment of Charlotte Hamer as operations director. Bringing considerable experience from the blue-chip pharmaceutical sector, Charlotte has already implemented some major streamlining to our customer service to both clients and our national network of contractors.”
NPE Maintenance aims to meet its turnover target by generating business in the housing, retail and industrial sectors – and meet fourhour response times for urgent repairs and maintenance jobs via a nationwide network of approved contractors for electrical, plumbing, joinery, decorating, security and drainage.
NPE Maintenance has also appointed new members to its customer support team. can exchange ideas.
Amanda said: “Hub 26 is something special, exciting and a place you will want to be.
“We felt that today’s businesses needed a more flexible and relaxed approach to their office needs and my own experiences of commuting from Manchester to Leeds every day and meeting colleagues in noisy coffee shops and cafes inspired me to create a unique workplace experience.
“There are lots of talented people and entrepreneurs out there who are looking to work with others in an inspiring work environment. We have first-rate services with unique facilities and Hub 26 is a hive of activity and a place to connect in exclusive surroundings.
“There’s enough sunshine for everyone is what I always say! We hope to make plenty of it here through connecting people and celebrating success.”
Daniel believes the new space will appeal to a broad spectrum of businesses.
“We understand that the way in which people work has changed and we have addressed this need with a new formula of lively workspaces,” he said.
“The team at Hub 26 are passionate about looking after client’s health, fitness and wellbeing as we believe work-life balance is crucial to a productive business.”
Hub 26 is intended to be the first of many more such office spaces away from city centre working, taking away the stress and inconvenience that commuting brings.
The location is ideal for access to the major cities of the North and a full programme of business events, seminars and talks is being planned.
