Stage school collects cash for hospice at show
KIRKLEES College students were given a cooking demonstration from a Michelin star chef.
Guillermo Corral from Sosa Ingredients for Modern Gastronomy has worked in various Michelin star restaurants throughout Spain.
He came to Kirklees College for an event run in conjunction with Total Foods. Chefs in Kirklees and surrounding areas were invited to join staff and students at the college for a demonstration of modern gastronomy techniques using Sosa products.
In addition, Clary Wilson demonstrated techniques to students using a tandoor oven to produce breads and tikka specialities.
Former Kirklees College student, Lashaun Price, demonstrated healthy dishes from his range at Prep Kitchen, Huddersfield.
