ROBYN Hart­ley scored a stun­ning hat trick as Town Ladies De­vel­op­ment side dom­i­nated in a 5-1 win over New­cas­tle United Re­serves.

Katie Hal­li­gan gave Town the lead on five af­ter Ella McCa­mon flicked on a cor­ner.

Keeper Iso­bel Pare could do noth­ing with the equaliser, but Town went ahead again with the best goal of the game – Sharone Buck­lke, Laura Walker and McCa­mon com­bin­ing to set up Hart­ley for a crack­ing fin­ish.

Hart­ley dou­bled her tally af­ter more good build-up play from McCa­mon, Beth Allen and Hal­li­gan and Town kept their mo­men­tum.

Hart­ley com­pleted her hat trick on 55 min­utes be­fore new sign­ing Li­uli Dyson was in­tro­duced 15 min­utes from the end and scored with a clever lob.

On Sun­day the De­vel­op­ment team en­ter­tain Hull City (2pm).

Town Academy are at home to Sh­effield Wed­nes­day Re­serves on Sun­day (2pm).

In the League Cup, the Ladies Un­der 16s beat Barns­ley 5-2 to reach the semi-fi­nals.

Olivia Bur­gin put Town ahead, but an equaliser came be­fore Macy El­lis re­stored the ad­van­tage. El­lis scored again to give Town breath­ing space but, again, Barns­ley hit back.

Har­riet Waller notched Town’s fourth be­fore El­lis com­pleted her hat trick.

The Un­der 14s won 2-0 at Barns­ley to go three points clear at the top of Di­vi­sion One.

Ta­mara Wil­cock gave Town a se­cond-half lead and Scar­lett Tay­lor got a cracker.

On Satur­day the Un­der 14s are at Rovers Foun­da­tion in the League Cup (11am).

Town Un­der 12s won 3-2 at Crosspool – af­ter be­ing two down in just 23 min­utes!

Jess Radley, Mad­die Hall and Daisy Turner got the Town goals. Martha Tay­lor-Wil­liams was player of the match.

The Un­der 12s have no game this week­end while the Un­der 10s are at home to Barns­ley on Satur­day (10.30).
