Marcus Batkin and Paul Simpson maximums plus a Samuel Nehmiah double brought the score.
Three wins each for Jonathan Taylor and Liam Fearn helped secondplaced Paddock to a fine 8-2 victory over Kingsmith Peel Walker.
In third place, just three points behind, Kingsmith Engineering C kept the pressure on Paddock with an equally fine 8-2 win over Deighton Leisure Centre D.
Alex Beresford and Doug Bartle maximums, plus a single from Scott Singleton, helped their cause.
Woodfield Park B had a hardfought 6-4 win over New North Road Baptist Church A.
Three wins for Derek Moorehouse supported by Janet West, who won her first double of the season.
Marsh Con D are keeping the pressure on at the top of Division 3.
