Ellis Jones of Marsden Junior School completed two excellent routines in the Under 11 boys Novice event to take second position and a place on the podium.
Eight-year-old Sophie Mallinson, representing Crowlees Junior and Infant School, had a great competition, finishing in fourth place in the Under 11 girls Novice event.
Jodie Ramsden, representing Mirfield Free Grammar, performed an outstanding first routine in the Under 19 Elite competition and was lying in gold position.
An unfortunate fall in her second routine put her out of the medals.
All five gymnasts travelled with their families and coaches Barry Peaker, Rebekah Taylor, Debbie Mallinson and Liz Sharpe.
The club is going from strength to strength and they have lots of national events coming up this year.
