Lindley BC team stunner

It was something of a shock as they play in the Littlewood Cup in the Ballcraft Engravers Huddersfield League, which is the third division of the league.
However, they certainly didn’t play like third division bowlers as they swept aside opposition from the top division.

It’s a 6.30pm start with practice from 6pm and the main sponsor this year is Travel Councillors of Lindley.
There will be £600 for the winner on July 29 and £50 each for bowlers getting to the last 16.
Last year’s winner Graeme Wilson is in action on July 7.
