In-form Field are now aiming for five in a row

-

Huddersfield coach Gareth Lewis is expecting Tynedale to provide his charges with a stern examination.

“Tynedale have had a tough start, playing some strong sides in the opening three rounds, but they’ve picked up in recent weeks culminating in an emphatic win over Fylde last week.

“They are scoring plenty of points and we are expecting a very tough game on Saturday.”

Lewis makes just two changes to the side as Kian Stewart returns to the wing Wilkinson.

Joe Green is also set to earn a recall at scrum-half, replacing Jack Maplesden.

Minimal change is expected for a winning side, whose mentality in training has been praised by Lewis.

“Training has gone well this week and it’s clear to see the group are incredibly hungry to improve.”

The results Field may be keeping an eye on this weekend will be fifth-placed Chester’s home game with table-toppers Hinckley. Hull, in second, travel to South Leicester as they look to capitalise on any slip-ups Chester may cause Hinckley.

Sedgley, meanwhile, host Field’s opponents from last week Sheffield Tigers as they could also see themselves end the day in second if results go their way.
