Kirsty Vickerman works as mental health practitioner at Prohms, having started with the company in 2008. Over the last 10 years she has supported more than 2,000 clients and her bosses say she is ‘the most hard-working, committed and positive mental health practitioner they have ever come across.’

One of her biggest achievements this year is that one of her clients employs 1,200 people, with not a single one off work with stress due to the mechanisms Kirsty has put in place.

In the submission it says: “Kirsty’s unswerving practical, positive and can-do attitude means she handles every situation with the utmost professionalism, discretion and grace. She exudes resilience, optimism and exhibits more smiles than the rest of our team put together – and we are a happy bunch!”

Aidan Ward is senior artist at Red Kite and over the last five years he has become an invaluable member of their team helping to develop a number of award-winning games. He has worked on Call of Duty: Strike Team, Dream Machine and Crackdown 3.

In the submission he is heralded as an ‘exemplary ambassador’ for the company who is not only excellent at his job but his team mentality and willingness to help wherever he can makes him a credit to both Red Kite and the wider games industry.
