He said: “You’ve targeted Gavin to maximise effect.

“You’ve threatened to disclose this intimate material of sexually explicit images and this is motivated by hostility based on sexual orientatio­n.

“In this day and age it’s a free world.”

He sentenced her to a 12-month community order with up to 25 days of rehabilita­tion activities.

Fisher must pay £200 towards prosecutio­n costs and £85 victim surcharge.

Magistrate­s also made a two-year restrainin­g order banning Fisher from contacting Mr Brammah or posting online any informatio­n or assertion about him on social media.

Chairman of the bench Wayne Perriman warned her: “You’re not going to prison but you will if you breach any of this.

“It stops now. You’ve got to move on.”

Speaking after the hearing in Huddersfie­ld, Fisher said that she was relieved that the case was over.

She said: “I don’t really think this should have come to court. I’ve come out with the punishment when really I’ve been punished by finding out that somebody I loved is cheating on me.

“The most upsetting thing for me is my mum doesn’t speak to me but speaks to him.

“But I’m glad it’s over and I can move on with my life now.”
