SINCE Danny Cowley succeeded Jan Siewert as Huddersfie­ld manager at the start of this season, the Terriers have improved during the first 35 games of the Cowley era.

Although Town sit only three points clear of the relegation zone, when Cowley inherited his current side, they had failed to win any of their opening seven matches of the season in all competitio­ns.

Under Cowley, Karlan Grant has continued his rich vein of scoring form, with 12 goals in 29 games.
