Racism rant Brit should not be America’s problem

A BRITISH CEO heaped shame on the UK after he launched vile racist abuse at an Asian family yelling “Trump is going to f*** you”.

Video of Michael Lofthouse verbally attacking Jordan Chan and her family as they were out celebrating a birthday went viral with almost two million people watching the footage.

The Newcastle Business School graduate was seen in a

California restaurant calling the group all manner of racist expletives until a waitress ordered him out and banned him for life.

Lofthouse’s outburst came as racial divisions in the US remain high following the death of George Floyd, and the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Police across the country have reported an increase in hate crimes targeting

Asian immigrants and Asian-Americans.

The issue has not been helped by Donald Trump’s xenophobic remarks about Covid19’s origins, repeatedly calling it the “Kung flu”.

Lofthouse, himself an immigrant in the States, has now stepped down as CEO of San Francisco-based company Solid8 opting to enrol in an antiracist program and offering his apologies.

Like the Chan family, I don’t buy it. The only thing he is sorry for is being exposed.

Britain’s low life should not be America’s problem.

They should kick him out.
