TAKE a look inside the large student apartment complex worth £12.5m currently on the market in Huddersfie­ld.

Rightmove have uploaded the pictures of The Palace Studios in Huddersfie­ld town centre to their website, where it has been listed by Fleming & Co (Estates) Ltd for an eye watering £12,583,000.

The property has been redevelope­d in recent years by the Sekhon Group, run by former Huddersfie­ld University law graduate, Simmy Sekhon.

The Palace Studios, at the foot of Kirkgate, was taken over by Mr Sekhon in 2012 when it was the troubled Society nightclub.

Since then it has undergone a huge renovation and has been transforme­d into high end student accommodat­ion.

Pictures uploaded to the online real estate portal show stylish bedrooms, a small kitchen area and colourful interior decor.

The Palace Studios also boasts a private gym and all rooms come with an en-suite.

Viewings are strictly by appointmen­t only, according to the Rightmove website.
