‘Lifesaver’ Raven as Our Yorkshire Farm star turns 21
OUR Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen’s daughter has ended up working hard with some rather unsavoury farming tasks on a landmark birthday.
From simple milking of the family cow Buttercup, Raven also saved a lamb’s life during an emergency situation during labour – all while turning 21.
The lamb was breeched and the sheep prolapsed, meaning both mother and baby could have died.
Raven’s return home couldn’t have come at a better time because Amanda said she’d been feeling poorly, telling fans she’d been ‘under the weather’ and ‘narky’ but that her daughter being home had really helped.
The Yorkshire Shepherdess has previously shared she relies heavily on her eldest daughter and has found it difficult since Raven went to study at York University.
Writing in her most recent book, Celebrating the Seasons, she said: “When Raven is back home I rely on her massively. She knows what needs tackling, and gets stuck in, whether it is dealing with the horses in the field, getting the little ones bathed, or whipping up a batch of bread.”

Raven around the farm, she posed with her daughter while they were hard at work and also shared a special image of Raven with her birthday cake.
Fans rushed to comment, wishing the eldest Owen child well and hoping that Amanda would be better soon.
