IN the Huddersfie­ld FA Challenge Cup Linthwaite Athletic kept up their winning run in all competitio­ns by beating Lepton Highlander­s first team 5-1. Max Morley (two), Taylor, Jake Morley and Wadsworth scoring for Linfit.

Berry Brow knocked out Shelley Reserves, 4-1. Pyke, Facey (two) and Shooter scored for the Brow. Joe Fagan hit four as Moorside beat Kirkburton 7-2.

Slaithwait­e United drew 2-2 with Huddersfie­ld Laund Hill before going through 4-2 on penalties.

Diggle Reserves are out of the Huddersfie­ld FA Trophy after losing 2-1 to Fothergill and Whittles Reserves.

Linthwaite Athletic Reserves knocked out Holmbridge Reserves 5-1.

Netherton Reserves beat Kirkheaton Rovers Reserves 4-1.

Lewis and Haigh scored for Skelmantho­rpe Reserves in their 2-2 draw with Deighton Reserves, but they lost 4-2 in the penalty shootout.

In the Premier Division Deighton move up to second following their 3-0 win over Netherton and Kirkheaton

Rovers move up to third by beating Shepley 2-1. Holmbridge beat AFC Lindley 3-1.

Diggle move up to fourth place in Division 1 by beating third placed Honley 4-3, while Jack Woods hit six as Skelmantho­rpe trounced a severely weakened Almondbury Woolpack 10-1.

Division 2 leaders AFC Volunteers were well beaten by Berry Brow Reserves 6-1.

Meltham Athletic are second following their 3-0 win at Wooldale Wanderers.

In Division 3 Britannia Sports enjoyed a sixth league win in a row, beating Meltham Athletic Reserves 6-1.

Cumberwort­h Reserves move up to second place in Division 4 following their 2-0 win over Grange Moor Saints Reserves and Berry Brow B drew 1-1 with Netherton A.

In Division 5 leaders Deighton A lost for the first time this season 5-3 against Skelmantho­rpe A.

Hade Edge Developmen­t won 3-2 win against Fenton United.

Honley Reserves lost 5-3 against local rivals Brook
